A 5% booking fee applies to every order — shown at checkout before you confirm. Dry cleaners pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of their order revenue.
What is Quick Drop?
After a few orders at a location, Quick Drop unlocks automatically. Drop your bag with just a QR code — staff logs every item and sends you an itemized estimate to approve before anything is charged.
How does payment work?
Add a card once in your account. Standard orders are charged at confirmation. Quick Drop orders are charged only after you approve the itemized estimate from the cleaner.
What is hang dry?
An add-on for Launder & Press and Wash & Fold orders. Air dry only — no heat, no dryer. Recommended for wool, cashmere, silk, and delicate knits. +$3 per item.
Can I document stains before drop-off?
Yes — photograph any stains or damage during the order flow. Photos go directly to the cleaner so they know exactly what to treat before touching your garment.
How do I get support?

Can I save my laundry preferences?
Yes — set preferences like always hang dry knitwear, no fabric softener, or cold wash, and they apply to every order automatically. Find them under Profile in the app.
